Job Description
UMER AND SONS is currently looking for a committed Billing Officer to join our Facility Management team. This position is crucial for overseeing the billing and invoicing process, ensuring all transactions are accurate and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include generating invoices, entering billing data into our financial system, processing client refunds, and preparing quotations in line with approved pricing structures.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or an equivalent qualification, along with a diploma in MS Office. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management is required, and proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced features such as dashboard macros and conditional formatting, is essential for success in this role.
