Job Description
Qasim Developers Tech Limited is looking to hire 9 enthusiastic individuals for the role of Urdu/Punjabi Customer Support Representative. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of customer service principles.
The available shifts are from 2 PM to 10 PM and 5 PM to 12 AM.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and demonstrating product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
