Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC is seeking motivated Cold Calling Specialists for our USA Campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore.
Salary: Up to 250,00 PKR
Commission: $100 for each successful closing
Work Hours: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST)
Available Positions: 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA.
- Present cash offers for properties.
- Document property conditions and seller motivations.
- Address inquiries and objections with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Prior cold calling experience is a bonus.
