Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern eager to dive into the complete hiring process. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and source candidates through various platforms and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Maintain records of applicants and generate recruitment reports.
- Assist with offer letters and the onboarding process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; excellent communication skills; and a willingness to learn.
