Job Description

Optimum HR is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Manager Finance to enhance our financial operations for engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate financial strategies and budgets.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure strong internal controls.
  • Lead and mentor members of the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month
