Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and organized Nanny Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, schedules, and communication for our family support staff, which includes nannies and tutors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a responsible approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nannies and tutors
- Maintain regular communication with staff
- Collect and report updates from caregivers
- Ensure location sharing during off-site activities
- Monitor daily summary reports and adhere to privacy protocols
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, proficient English, knowledge of child safety, and flexibility to work across time zones.
Hourly rate: $2.50 – $3.50. Job Type: Full-time, Contract.
