Job Description
iGATE Technology is seeking a motivated Logistic Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily queries from the customer support and compliance teams, coordinating with the CS department on courier exceptions, and ensuring timely follow-ups on parcels that exceed delivery service level agreements (SLAs). You will also need to initiate claims for lost parcels and maintain the claims report, which includes tracking accepted, rejected, and in-process claims. Additionally, you will participate in various tasks as assigned by your reporting manager.
