Job Description
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)
Company: Interact Global
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary: Up to 120,00 PKR
Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in the BPO Industry (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, devise effective hiring strategies, conduct interviews, collaborate with departments, leverage sourcing channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements: 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in the BPO sector, a strong grasp of recruitment dynamics, and hands-on experience with various recruitment tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: PKR 80,00.00 – PKR 120,00.00 per month
