Job Description
Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating interest in our innovative products, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cold calling skills and the ability to build solid relationships with prospects, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 35,00 to 40,00 PKR/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Required Skills: Proven experience in cold calling, outstanding communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of MS Office and CRM software.
