Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is in search of a committed Assistant Project Manager to oversee on-site construction and maintenance projects. This role requires supervising quality compliance, addressing construction and post-construction challenges, and ensuring projects are completed punctually and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing quality assurance and project execution in accordance with design and contract specifications
- Conducting land surveys and preparing comprehensive reports
- Performing soil testing and maintaining essential project documentation
- Facilitating timely communication with contractors
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are imperative.
