Job Description
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, a distinguished Swiss hospitality brand, is in search of a committed Talent & Culture Executive to strengthen our Human Resources department. This pivotal role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will provide payroll assistance and maintain comprehensive employee records to promote a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software, are essential.
