Job Description
ASK Development Limited is actively seeking Project Officers – HR (Males Only) to enhance our HR department. This position is primarily focused on employee data management and the digitization of records, making it an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who are organized and eager to participate in a large-scale employee records initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and managing employee personnel files.
- Organizing and maintaining physical documents in the records room.
- Assisting with e-data cleansing and uploading information into ERP systems.
- Supporting document indexing and digital archiving processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation with a final transcript or degree.
- Recent graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance and conduct are essential.
- Must be comfortable working in both office and records room environments.
