Job Description
RJ Enterprise is currently seeking a qualified Night Shift System Support Engineer with relevant experience in a call center environment. The candidate will be responsible for providing critical technical support to maintain the effective operation of our call center systems and software.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of DNS, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Object (GPO), VLAN, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with basic LAN/WAN router configuration; experience working with Windows Server (2012-2022) and Windows 10 is essential.
- Proficiency in using secure network monitoring tools.
