Job Description
Utopia Industries Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking an enthusiastic Communication Specialist / Email Support Specialist for our International Campaign. This full-time position requires availability for rotational shifts and plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries through email on Amazon and other platforms, addressing concerns, and facilitating timely and professional communication. Additionally, you will monitor feedback, support the maintenance of seller ratings, and collaborate with customer support teams to deliver effective solutions.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs90,00.00, along with benefits such as a provident fund, medical claims, bonuses, and incentives.
