Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage content posting, engage with comments, and provide chat support across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Daraz. Additionally, you will be responsible for order tracking and sales reporting to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This is a full-time, office-based position with hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. The workplace is located in Gulistan e Jauhar Karachi, Block 16 A.
The compensation package includes a fixed salary of Rs 25,00, with potential monthly earnings ranging from Rs 35,00 to Rs 45,00 through commissions.
