Job Description
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a committed HR Officer to assist our HR department with essential administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Updating and maintaining employee databases.
- Collecting payroll data as well as managing leave and absence records.
- Facilitating talent acquisition processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and posting job advertisements.
- Responding to employee inquiries and disseminating company policies.
This position offers meaningful experience in HR operations and provides a thorough understanding of various HR functions.
Qualifications: A BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
