Job Description
ATU Logistics is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Phase 6, DHA, Lahore. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary of Rs 50,00, with the opportunity to increase earnings up to Rs 100,00 through commissions.
We are looking for candidates with outstanding English communication skills and a fundamental understanding of logistics services. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing service information, processing requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The office hours for this position are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
