Job Summary:
Caresoft Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to enhance our team. This role emphasizes delivering top-tier ServiceNow solutions tailored for the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow and significant experience in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and gather requirements for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users for seamless integration.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience, a solid understanding of healthcare operations, and ITIL Foundation certification.
