Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers a competitive salary and requires availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with our company’s objectives, overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee training. Additionally, you will manage employee relations, conduct performance evaluations, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, handle disciplinary actions with professionalism, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, fluency in English (both written and spoken), strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively multitask.
