Job Description
Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is seeking a dynamic Online Sales Executive to elevate customer experiences, oversee e-commerce operations, and implement data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing and have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, and Amazon.
- Enhance product visibility through SEO optimization techniques.
- Efficiently process and manage orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
