Job Description
CIVITECH is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to enhance our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in estimation using the Market Rate System (MRS), proficiency in completing bid documentation, and the ability to oversee construction sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate cost estimates based on MRS items.
- Assemble bid documents for various construction projects.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage quantities and costs for materials and labor effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in estimating and site management.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00/month
