Job Description
Join the esteemed 365 Care Group Private Limited as a Customer Support Officer located in Gulberg 3, Lahore. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,00 to 50,00. Full-time positions are available for morning shifts (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and night shifts (11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.) across a 5-day workweek.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily Control Room Operations, providing assistance to employees, guiding them through troubleshooting processes, and managing the Roster Management System while prioritizing critical issues.
Strong English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 0-1 year of experience. Comprehensive training will be provided.
