Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage the accuracy of data related to SEC Form 144 filings at 2iQ. This role involves manual entry of historical data, precise data mapping, and implementing quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate manual data entry of SEC Form 144 data.
- Follow data mapping SOPs to associate data elements.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, data entry experience, familiarity with SQL, and knowledge of SEC filings.
